Greg Allen (aka.Miles Felony)Gregory Allen, writing under the pseudonym Miles Felony (, has been writing his entire life. Born in Buffalo, New York, Allen moved to Las Vegas with his family in 1981 at the age of 4. Like many writers, some of his favorite childhood memories are of entertaining classrooms with his gripping homework assignments. But also like many writers, Allen didn’t think he could actually make a living doing what he loved and, as an adult, pursued “sensible” jobs.

Deborah Tillman

Deborah TillmanDeborah Tillman ( is the host for Lifetime TV’s “America’s Supernanny:Family Lockdown.” She has appeared and co-hosted on television with Steve Harvey and Anderson Cooper. Deborah also hosts a weekly advice show on YouTube called “TALK TO DEB” where she answers emails from people with questions about parenting and maintaining healthy households.

With a career in accounting, she shifted into the Family and Childhood arena after a series of bad experiences with childcare for her son. She holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from George Washington University. She’s currently writing a second book for children which will be released later in 2013.

Chris Baughman

Chris BaughmanFirst-time author Det. Chris Baughman ( moved to Las Vegas at age 9, and during the next 10 years experienced life in the rougher sections of town.

While many refused to go back, Baughman has spent most of his 11 years as a cop working the neighborhoods of his youth – in the patrol officer setting for four years, as an investigator with the Gangs Unit, as a Vice detective and now as a member of the Pandering Investigation Team (PIT).

In 2009, the case of Anthony Smith, portrayed in “Off the Street,” led to PIT’s establishment. Less than a year later, Baughman’s team had arrested and convicted several of the wealthiest and most violent criminals in the city, propelling the team into the national spotlight with segments on shows such as “Dateline NBC.” The team also provided consultation on CBS’s “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” crossover episode.

Daniel Glass

Daniel GlassIn 1994, Daniel Glass ( joined the L.A. swing phenomenon Royal Crown Revue, the group that single handedly inspired today’s “Retro-Swing”” resurgence by combining 1940s sound and style with modern raw power.

Touring highlights with RCR include a headlining spot on the Van’s Warped Tours ’97 and ’99 (with stops in Europe, Australia and Japan), a spot on the 1998 Playboy Jazz Festival, and national tours with The B-52’s, The Pretenders, and KISS. The band performed with Bette Midler at the 1998 Billboard Music Awards, and was featured in the nation’s top jazz festivals (including Concord, Saratoga, Newport and JVC Lincoln Center). In September of 1999, RCR headlined two sold out performances with the 110 piece Hollywood Bowl Orchestra.

In addition to being an accomplished musician, Daniel has also penned 3 books on the history of musical eras of drums.

From the small Rio Grande Valley town of Edinburg, Texas where he began his head coaching career at the University of Texas-Pan American in 1982 to the bright lights of Las Vegas, where he helped revitalize UNLV’s slumbering basketball program, the quiet and humble native of Silver Lake, Kansas has proven to be the master of the turnaround.

He is one of only four coaches in NCAA history to take three different programs (UNLV, Kansas State, Florida) to the Sweet 16 since the NCAA Tournament expanded to 64 teams.
